Reservations and sales

Purpose: Management of reservation requests and execution of property sale and purchase contracts, including assistance to interested parties, formalisation of transactions, and compliance with legal obligations arising from the transaction. Assessment of the economic viability of the operation, compliance with legal obligations regarding the prevention of money laundering, and execution of the sale and purchase contract.
Retention: The data will be retained for as long as the pre-contractual or contractual relationship remains in force and, once it has ended, during the legal limitation periods established for the exercise of actions arising from the sale and purchase. Data relating to compliance with obligations regarding the prevention of money laundering will be retained for a period of 10 years.
Legal basis: The legal basis for the processing of the data is the execution of pre-contractual measures at the request of the data subject and, where applicable, the performance of the sale and purchase contract entered into between the parties.
Recipients: Your data may be disclosed to the Spanish State Tax Administration Agency (Agencia Estatal de la Administración Tributaria), banks and financial institutions, processors necessary for the execution of the agreement (for example, notaries, property registries, financial institutions), to the company Conren Tramway, S.L. in its capacity as managing entity of the real estate project, and to the company that, in each case, handles the procedures regarding the prevention of money laundering. In the event of claims, the data may be disclosed to insurance companies exclusively for their management. No disclosure of personal data is foreseen except in the cases established by a legal obligation or when necessary for the performance of the contract (for example, notaries, property registries, financial institutions).

Video surveillance

Purpose: the personal data collected by our video surveillance system will be processed for the purpose of preserving the security of the owner’s facilities, property and persons.
Retention: The data subject’s personal data will be retained for a maximum period of 1 month, unless said data is necessary to address a claim or the exercise of rights, in which case it will be retained until the conclusion thereof.
Legal basis: The legal basis for the processing relies on the public interest in ensuring the security of facilities, property and persons.
Recipients: In the event of criminal acts being committed, the images obtained will be disclosed to the State Security Forces and Bodies. Outside of these cases, no data will be transferred to third parties except by legal obligation.
Means of collection: The personal data processed was obtained from the data subject themselves through the video surveillance system.

Access control to properties

Purpose: Property management and access control.
Retention: The data will be retained for a maximum period of one month, unless said data is necessary to address a claim or the exercise of rights, in which case it will be retained until the conclusion thereof.

Recipients: No disclosure of data to third parties is foreseen except in the case of compliance with a legal obligation.
Means of collection: The personal data will be obtained from the data subject themselves through the access control mechanism.

Do we process third-party data?

No, as a general rule we only process the data provided by the data subjects themselves. If you provide us with third-party data, you must first inform and request the consent of those persons; otherwise, you release us from any liability for failure to comply with this requirement.

And data of minors?

We do not process data of minors under 14 years of age. Therefore, please refrain from providing it if you are not of that age or, where applicable, from providing data of third parties who are not of the aforementioned age. The Data Controller is released from any liability for failure to comply with this provision.

What security measures do we apply?

We have adopted an optimal level of protection for the personal data we handle, and we have installed all the means and technical measures at our disposal according to the state of the art to prevent the loss, misuse, alteration, unauthorised access and theft of the Personal Data.

To which recipients will your data be disclosed?

Your data may be disclosed to the Spanish State Tax Administration Agency (Agencia Estatal de la Administración Tributaria) and to banks and financial institutions for the collection of payment for the service provided or product purchased, as well as to the processors necessary for the execution of the agreement, with whom we will sign the corresponding processing agreement under the terms of art. 28 of the GDPR. When we so instruct, the web development and maintenance company and web hosting provider will have access to our website. They will have signed a service provision contract that obliges them to maintain the same level of privacy as us.
Likewise, your data may be processed by Conren Tramway, S.L., in its capacity as managing entity of the real estate project developed by Conren Tramway Cuatro, S.L., when such processing is necessary for the proper management of the contracted services, customer service, administrative coordination, commercial management, compliance with legal obligations or the improvement of internal processes. In all cases, Conren Tramway, S.L and Conren Tramway Cuatro, S.L., will act in accordance with the current data protection regulations and with the corresponding security and confidentiality measures.
Your data will not be systematically transferred to third parties. However, it may be disclosed to insurance companies or brokerage firms only in those cases where it is necessary for the management of incidents or claims related to the asset.
