theSustainability

laMercedes is the model of the neighbourhood of the future:

Self-sufficient, committed to the circular economy and focused on people and the environment. It is designed to enhance quality of life while respecting and enriching its surroundings.

This vision extends to the construction process itself, enabling up to 85% of construction waste to be reused, minimising environmental impact from the outset and promoting a more efficient and responsible model.

Building on this foundation, the neighbourhood incorporates innovative solutions such as circular water management, a photovoltaic pergola and energy microgrids, meeting the highest international sustainability standards.

By integrating ESG criteria and the Sustainable Development Goals of the 2030 Agenda, laMercedes positions itself as the ideal place to live, work and connect with the future in a responsible and conscious way.

A project that places sustainability at its core, where greenery defines the environment with more than 5.5 hectares of landscaped areas and over 1,000 new trees that improve environmental quality and well-being.
